We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant - Occupational Therapist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
- Assist individuals to return to meaningful engagement in occupations through the development of tailored rehabilitation plans.
- Conduct functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments to identify future employment or training options.
- Perform case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return to work goal.
- Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.
