About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recovery and return to work of individuals who have been injured or ill;
  • Conduct assessments and case management services to support individuals in their recovery;
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans to help individuals achieve their goals;
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective rehabilitation outcomes;
  • Provide exceptional written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders;
  • Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail to ensure high-quality work;
  • Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude in all interactions;
  • Commit to continuous improvement and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.

About You:

  • You are an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA membership and a passion for working in occupational rehabilitation;
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders;
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication;
  • You have a strong attention to detail and are able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines;
  • You are committed to continuous improvement and professional development, with a desire to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
