We are seeking an experienced Training Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our training group, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different learning styles and environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our clients
  • Maintain accurate records of training delivery and participant feedback
  • Collaborate with other trainers to develop new training content and materials
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in training and assessment

Requirements
  • Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher
  • Have experience in facilitation and training delivery
