We're seeking an Associate Learning Facilitator (Associate Lecturer) to support the delivery of high-quality teaching and student engagement within the MBA Flex program and other postgraduate offerings. This role is central to the pilot delivery of the MBA Flex intake model, where subjects are offered every five weeks with variable completion timelines. You'll assist Senior Learning Facilitators in preparing, delivering and assessing subjects, while also monitoring student progression, tracking assessments, maintaining compliance records and reporting outcomes. It blends teaching support with student engagement and operational responsibilities, designed for educators who want to contribute to flexible, student-centred learning environments.
This is a Full time - Fixed Term role until 30th June 2026. The successful candidate will be located in Melbourne and have full working rights in Australia.
Accountabilities
Assist in the preparation, delivery and assessment of classes (face-to-face, hybrid and online) under supervision.
Provide proactive academic support and guidance to MBA Flex students.
Monitor assessment timelines, student progression and course rules.
Maintain accurate data records (enrolments, completions, compliance tracking).
Collaborate with academic staff, Success Coaches and support teams to identify and engage students at risk of non-progression.
Participate in moderation, validation and academic administration as required.
Stay current in your discipline through scholarship and professional development.
We are looking for
A relevant postgraduate qualification (Master's/MBA or discipline-specific).
Experience in academic support, tutoring, or postgraduate teaching.
Proven ability to manage complex administrative processes and detailed reporting.
Strong digital literacy, with advanced Excel skills and experience in LMS platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support diverse learners.
A collaborative mindset and strong commitment to student success.
