Job Summary
Atherton Davis is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to join our team. As a Risk Manager - Property, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing risk management content in our Risk Management System (RMS), including incident reporting and follow-up, and internal audit action tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and Manage Risk Management Content: Ensure that risk management content in the RMS is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational performance and effective risk management.
- Coordinate Risk Management Registers: Develop and maintain risk management registers and control registers, ensuring consistency and quality of data.
- Coordinate Risk Management Training: Plan and coordinate annual and ad-hoc risk management training for employees.
- Prepare Analytical Reports: Develop and prepare analytical reports as per Group reporting requirements.
- Assist with Assurance System Reviews: Support the review and improvement of assurance systems.
- Manage Internal Audit Function: Oversee the outsourced internal audit function and facilitate the internal audit program.
- Prepare Board and ARCC Reporting: Prepare quarterly Board and ARCC reporting.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and WH&S Functions: Work across functions to deliver key projects and outcomes.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' risk experience gained in-house or from within professional services. You must be entrepreneurial by nature and enjoy working in a fast-paced business environment.
