About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Control Room Operator to join our team at our Broadmeadows location. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Monitoring CCTV systems
  2. Managing phone systems and IT duties
  3. Providing exceptional customer service and emergency response
  4. Guarding, patrolling, and monitoring assigned premises
  5. Responding to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance
  6. Assessing and responding to situations of risk
  7. Access control and incident report writing

Rostered Hours

12 hour rotating shifts, including day and night shifts.

  2. Control Room experience (2 years +)
  3. Current First Aid certificate & CPR
