About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Security Specialist to join our team at Robert Bosch Group. As a key member of our Facilities Management department, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical security of our site, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Compliance: Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company requirements and industry standards.
  • Incident Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Contract Management: Oversee security contracts, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services, and coordinating regular management reviews.
  • Operational Security: Conduct regular checks and reports on operational security measures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-effective solutions.
  • Access Control and Alarm Systems: Operate, configure, and maintain access control and security alarm systems to optimize system performance and ensure seamless integration with other security systems.
  • Technical Security Systems: Coordinate with technical contractors for maintenance and installations of technical security systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
  • Administration: Manage video and key management systems, document storage and destruction, and other administrative tasks related to security operations.
Requirements
  • Certificate in Security and Risk Management: A Certificate in Security and Risk Management is preferred, with a focus on physical security and risk management.
  • IT and Cyber Security: A Certificate in IT and Cyber Security is desirable, with a focus on security systems and protocols.
  • Security Experience: Demonstrated experience in security and risk management, with a focus on physical security and access control.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and advanced Excel skills, with experience in security software and systems.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
