
Strategic Partner Development Manager

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of solutions to enterprise partners. This includes onboarding partners, escalating concerns, and driving cross-functional efforts to meet external commitments.
The role requires setting the standard for how we work with partners, interpreting their needs, and prioritizing workflows dedicated to partner development. Acquiring deep knowledge of customers' vision, products, and objectives is essential to anticipating partner needs and resolving pain points.
- Set the standard for partner relationships, drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, and manage complex accounts.
- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of customers' business strategies and priorities, anticipate potential challenges, and develop effective solutions.
- Develop and execute partner success plans, manage cross-functional teams, and prioritize eero's efforts to deliver value to partners.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in business administration/management or related field and 3 years of experience in account management or business development.
- Tenured client-facing experience managing and accelerating revenue across multiple accounts in a business development or account management role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of leading business reviews and large group meetings with external partners and internal teams.
- Passionate about technology, with a baseline knowledge of networking, software, and hardware, effective at explaining technical concepts and overseeing problem-solving efforts.
- Impeccable attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness, willing to regularly travel to partner sites.
