Strategic Partner Development Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our partner strategy and develop integrated solutions for clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and growing our partner network across the region.
About the Role:This is a highly cross-functional leadership position that requires collaboration with various teams, including sales, product management, technical support, and marketing. You will lead a team of partner managers and identify high-potential collaborators to deliver joint solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow our partner network
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Lead a team of partner managers and provide guidance on partnership development
- Strong understanding of the built environment and its ecosystem
- Technical fluency and business acumen
- Proven ability to build partnerships that scale
- At least 5 years of experience in partner or channel management
