Northern Tasmania Sales Professional

We are currently seeking a career-focused, positive Sales Representative with a passion for providing exceptional service to customers in the Northern Tasmanian region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Adbri Masonry products into the commercial, retail, and specifier markets. This includes implementing specific marketing strategies to establish and build our brand. You will personally canvas your market area to service an existing base of clients and develop new relationships.
In this role, you will receive a competitive salary package, a fully maintained company vehicle, and bonus as part of our rewards package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety, health, and environment standards are maintained
- Develop strategic sales initiatives to ensure sales volume growth
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts and reports
- Analyse sales and profitability of new and existing markets and segments
- Maintain and grow relationships with customers across multiple channels
- Partner with our National Marketing team to ensure appropriate products are brought to market
- Servicing Bunning's Requirements
- Servicing Existing Reseller Network
- Visit Councils & Architects
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and rationalise a sound value proposition
- A passionate, proactive, and diligent approach to meeting customers' needs
- Ability to quickly and effectively develop technical expertise in our products
- Masonry Block Knowledge an advantage
- Ability to Learn Block take off Program
- Computer Skills with SAP Knowledge an advantage
- Experience with CRM systems an advantage

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a fully maintained company vehicle and bonus as part of our rewards package.
