The Role
We're seeking a career-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Northern Tasmania. As a key player in our sales team, you'll be responsible for promoting our Adbri Masonry products in the commercial, retail, and specifier markets. You'll work closely with our National Marketing team to ensure the right products are brought to market, and develop strategic sales initiatives to drive sales volume growth.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety, health, and environment standards are maintained
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in existing and new markets
- Prepare and present monthly sales forecasts and reports
- Analyse sales and profitability data to inform market decisions
- Build and maintain relationships with customers across multiple channels
- Partner with our National Marketing team to ensure effective product launches
- Servicing Bunning's Requirements
- Servicing Existing Reseller Network
- Visit Councils & Architects
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and present a compelling value proposition
- A proactive and diligent approach to meeting customers' needs
- Ability to quickly develop technical expertise in our products
- Masonry Block Knowledge an advantage
- Ability to Learn Block take off Program
- Computer Skills with SAP Knowledge an advantage
- Experience with CRM systems an advantage
