Contract Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team and support two major infrastructure projects on the NSW Central Coast.

This is a rare opportunity to work locally without the need to commute to Sydney or relocate. You will be part of a hands-on commercial team managing all aspects of contract management across both a live delivery environment and the establishment of a new project.

A core focus of the role is drafting and managing contract notices, interpreting contracts, identifying key triggers, and preparing timely, accurate and compliant correspondence that supports project success.

  • An ideal candidate would have a solid understanding of contracts and commercial principles, sharp drafting skills, particularly for notices and contractual correspondence, a practical, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to manage complexity.

Key responsibilities include negotiating subcontracts, managing head contracts and subcontracts end to end, including notices, risk management, variations, claims and commercial strategy.
