You will take the lead on significant water resources projects for some of Victoria's most active developers and consultants. You will set the technical direction, guide conversations at a senior level, and see your work translate into communities that stand the test of time.

This is an opportunity to work within a consultancy with deep Victorian roots, where your autonomy is respected and your impact is clear.

  • Lead delivery of water resources projects across the land development sector
  • Work directly with developers, engineering consultants, and authorities
  • Keep one foot in design (12D, HECRAS, RORB, MUSIC, TuFlow) and the other in strategy and client relationships
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders including building relationships with councils

You will have a strong career in Water Resources and know the land development space inside out.

You are confident in your technical expertise, trusted by colleagues and clients alike, yet you're looking for that next opportunity to feel truly energised by your work.

In this role, you will be working closely with a team of great operators who do meaningful work.

A healthy pipeline of projects ensures that there is always something new and exciting to work on.

You will bring a Civil / Environmental Engineering degree and 8 – 20 years' experience in Victoria's water resources space.

You will have a proven track record delivering water based land development projects within consultancy.

Sharp technical skills in 12D, MUSIC, TuFLOW, HECRAS, RORB will be required for this role.

Excellent report writing, tender prep, and client communication skills are essential for success.

The ideal candidate will possess integrity, calmness in heated conversations, and excellent communication skills.
