Senior Water Resource Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven water resources expert to lead our Water Resources Service Line.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of progressive professional experience in water resources applications, project management, and technical writing.
The key responsibilities include:
- Developing and leading water resources monitoring, planning, and restoration projects using data analysis techniques and innovative approaches.
- Organizing, writing, and editing technical reports, user guides, and other documentation to meet the company's high-quality standards.
- Peer reviewing technical reports and ensuring that all work meets the required standards before delivery.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary research teams to design research and field sampling methods to solve real-world environmental problems.
- Managing water resources projects from concept to completion, including design, scoping, permitting, collecting and analyzing data, and reporting.
- Presenting at public workshops and community forums to gather input on policy recommendations, restoration activities, adaptation planning, and other activities.
The successful candidate will be an effective communicator and team player who can work with clients, regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and the public.
