Job Overview:

You will take responsibility for a popular shopping centre in Sydney's west, housing several major retailers. You'll hold lots of energy and passion to polarise centre performance and be responsible for delivering business plan objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complying with all acts of legislation
  • Providing superior client service, fostering tenant relationships, managing lease expiries, and focusing on active tenant retention
  • Close working engagement with other department heads and relevant stakeholders
  • Having a thorough understanding of the market environment, including competition, development proposals, and infrastructure
  • Preparing annual budget, business plan, marketing plan, and monthly reports
  • Actively seeking out new tenants to fill vacancies
  • Complying with workplace health and safety requirements and resolving WH&S issues efficiently
  • Centre marketing and critical thinking around placemaking and strategy
