Lead a Childcare Centre

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated person to lead a centre in Sydney.

The centre is licenced for 60+ children and will require an experienced Director/Educational Leader who can manage and lead by example.

  • Oversee daily operations of the centre.
  • Increase occupancy through effective management.
  • Plan and implement quality programs using your knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for children and families.
  2. Collaborate with educators to develop a high-performing team.
  3. Manage resources effectively across the centre.

Required qualifications include:

  • At least 3-5 years experience as a Director in a high-quality education and care setting.
  • ACECQA recognised qualification such as an Early Childhood Teachers Degree or Diploma.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
  • A current Working with Children Check and Child Protection Certificate.
