
Development Assessment Manager

We are seeking a driven and experienced Development Assessment Manager to join our team. A key priority is delivering quality customer experiences and development outcomes, with a focus on our planning and development services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams of technical professionals, developing high-performing teams, and stimulating innovative and facilitative management styles. They will also be responsible for financial management, including budget preparation and forecasting projected annual revenue targets and operational expenditure.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent field, as well as local government experience and extensive experience in development assessment. They will also have demonstrated experience in leadership, project management, and contract management.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
