Enhancing service quality and standards within a framework of customer service and cost effectiveness.Key Responsibilities
• Communicating across all functional groups within Development, Property and Third Party Works to ensure the smooth functioning of the teams and the mitigation of risks arising from lack of information
• Providing DA and divestment management services in accordance with agreed KPI's and Service Levels
• Track application progress and ensure records are kept up-to-date.

• Fostering the preservation and development of the intellectual property in the development environment
• Enhancing service quality and standards, and developing efficient service offerings in respect of development management
• Establishing and maintaining development and divestment register database
• Enhancing service quality and standards and developing efficient processes in respect of developments.

• Organizing and maintaining documents in the UGLRL electronic filing system
• Protecting sensitive property information and ensuring the team adheres to security, compliance, legislative requirements
• Conduct basic research to support the preparation of written materials.

• Draft and format briefing notes and other documents needed by the development team and senior management.QualificationsCertificate / Diploma in Property Management / Building Sciences /Project Management2 year's experience in a Real Estate or Contract Administration process environment.Ability to utilise Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio, Excel and MS Project) and record management systems to produce reports and record information to required standards.About UsUGL is renowned for providing comprehensive engineering, construction, and maintenance services across various sectors, including rail and transport, communications and technology systems, oil and gas, power, renewables, water, and defense.
