Job Description

This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of existing small business customers, as well as acquiring new business through external relationships.

The successful candidate will play a key part in retaining and growing the customer base, while also identifying opportunities to increase revenue through strategic partnerships and referrals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing small business lending requests up to $1.5 million and home lending up to $5 million
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and referral partners
  • Creating and implementing effective strategies to retain and grow the customer base
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in business and/or retail/lending banking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
