Key Responsibilities:

  • Be Hands-On: Roll up your sleeves and get involved in sneaker cleaning and restoration - on-the-job training provided.
  • Lead the Team: Manage and inspire a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service and quality care.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the cleaning volume and staff at both stores.
  • Roster Management: Create and manage rosters within budget while ensuring seamless operations across both locations.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Be the face of our company, delivering outstanding experiences for sneaker enthusiasts and everyday customers alike.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic about sneakers and their care.
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service (bonus points if you've led a team).
  • Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
  • Energetic and ready to embrace a hands-on role.
  • A strong communicator who can motivate a team and foster a positive work culture.
