About the Role

The position of Sneakers Artist involves working closely with skilled makers to produce high quality footwear. This role is hands on and detail oriented, requiring a strong appreciation for design, precision and technique. You will be a part of the boutique team who contribute to production reflecting the brand's reputation for quality and innovation.

About You:

  • Creative and passionate about fashion and design
  • Proficient in design tools and software
  • Strong attention to detail and an understanding of trend direction
  • Able to deliver high standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative workshop setting
  • Effective communicator with a practical and flexible approach
  • Exposure to the retail industry whether in a similar or different role
  • Must have flexible availability across the week and weekend (38 Hour Role).
