The Role:
We are seeking a business leader to join our retail store leadership team at Hype DC Broadway
As Assistant Store Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable experiences for customers, and achieving operational excellence.
You will work collaboratively with Area Managers to deliver a people-first culture, maximize sales growth, and accelerate personal career growth in a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Create a WORLD CLASS team and a MAGICAL VIBE within your store
- Drive financial sales goals and metrics through effective management
- Deliver on the brand vision and strategy
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide MEMORABLE experiences 100% of the time
- Develop talent within your team and provide coaching, support, and feedback to drive results
- Recruit, select, and onboard new team members
- Deliver seamless omni-channel experience to customers in-store and online
- Maintain Visual Merchandising excellence and ensure stores are safe and enjoyable for customers and staff

  • Have experience and passion for delivering best-in-class memorable experiences
  • Be a coach who can motivate, inspire, and level up a large team of brand ambassadors
  • Possess Retail Store Manager experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a motivated 'Make it Happen' attitude
  • Be able to think strategically and identify missed opportunities to drive sales and KPIs
  • Experience in effectively managing rosters and achieving wage control
