The opportunity

As the Head of Product Engineering, you'll play a central role in delivering our strategy and scaling our organization. You'll lead a talented team of engineers to design, build, and deliver products that set new benchmarks for quality, performance, and innovation.

This is an opportunity to drive the evolution of our technology practices, enabling .id to meet dynamic customer needs while fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Your role

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a cutting-edge architecture and engineering direction to deliver on our purpose and vision.
- Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team focused on innovation and excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and technical teams to ensure our products are scalable, efficient, and impactful.
- Agility: Lead cross-functional teams using agile methodologies, continuously refining and enhancing our approach.
- Innovation: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and trends, integrating them into our products and practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of experimentation, feedback, and iterative improvement.

What you'll bring

You're a seasoned technology leader with a proven track record of delivering innovative, technology-powered products. You thrive in dynamic environments and inspire teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.

- Experience: 12+ years in technology roles, including 5+ years in product and architecture leadership.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern infrastructure, software engineering, and SaaS/DaaS product development.
- Agility: Skilled in agile delivery and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in building, coaching, and mentoring engineering teams.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical challenges to diverse audiences.
- Innovation: A passion for staying ahead of the curve and applying the latest advancements in technology.
