Seeking a forward-thinking Digital Merchandising Manager to spearhead seasonal assortment planning, align with strategic product priorities and drive financial success.

This role requires a dynamic individual who can balance newness and consistency while driving portfolio health and balance through support of corporate strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of local business needs, as well as excellent communication and partnership skills to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Planning, Marketing and merchandising teammates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ambushing the voice of the consumer and marketplace upstream to Asia Pacific and Latin America (APLA) Merchandising leaders based in WHQ, to turn insights into line plan action.
  • Delivering curated, productive & profitable assortments with an end-in-mind vision to win with the target consumer.
  • Landing the Consumer & Product Marketplace Strategy through close partnership with Cross-Functional Teams.
