Ipswich Real Estate is seeking a professional and motivatedProperty Managerto join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values strong client relationships, takes pride in their work, and delivers high standards of service to owners and tenants.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating leasing activities, including advertising, open homes, and application processing
Conducting entry, routine, and exit inspections with detailed reporting
Managing property maintenance and liaising with trades and contractors
Preparing tenancy agreements, renewals, and related documentation
Ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act
Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners and tenants
About You
Experience in residential property management (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act (RTRA Act)
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Professional in both written and verbal communication
Confident using property management software (experience with PropertyMe highly regarded)
Holds a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence and a valid driver's licence
