About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Windows and Citrix Engineer to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Windows and Citrix infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Implement and configure AD-related tasks and activities, including DNS and DHCP solutions.
  • Develop and maintain group policies, and troubleshoot issues related to AD and Citrix.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve AD processes and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer interaction and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in managing AD and DNS.
  • ITIL V3 foundation certification and knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Business acumen and IT knowledge.
  • Experience in data center operations and operations/consulting background.

Technical Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge in all facets of AD-related tasks and activities.
  • Experience in installing and configuring certificates for Windows platform.
  • Thorough understanding of GPO policies and their creation/modification.
  • Experience in vulnerability management and monitoring/auditing systems.
  • Ability to deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with at least two cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, or IBM Cloud).
  • Experience working in both private and public cloud environments.
  • Administering Microsoft Windows 2008 and 2012 R2 active directory domain using standard Microsoft snap-ins.
