About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Citrix Engineer to join our Systems Operations Team at AC3 Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive solutions to our customers, managing and maintaining Wintel and Citrix Systems & Apps services, and providing input into the design and implementation of technical solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers
  • Manage, maintain and improve the Wintel and Citrix Systems & Apps services for AC3 and customer systems
  • Provide input into the design and implementation of technical solutions and services for AC3 and its customers
  • Implement and maintain the AC3 Citrix and Windows based operating systems, hypervisors and application support process and the enforcement of related policies
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports on managed Systems and Apps
  • Strong emphasis on dealing with customers and service management of tickets etc for incidents, requests, problems and change management
Requirements
  • Previous experience working as an SME for infrastructure and server management
  • Previous experience working for a Managed Services Provider or IT Systems Integrator highly regarded
  • Specialist in deploying, upgrading and supporting Microsoft Server, Citrix XenServer, Citrix XenApp, Citrix XenDesktop
  • Previous experience with Exchange, Exchange online, Azure AD, SharePoint, Dynamics, hypervisors, Azure Virtual Desktop a plus
  • Experience in ITIL change management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders at different technical levels
  • Industry certifications highly regarded
  • Willingness & determination to learn and grow
