This key role plays a pivotal part in the delivery of complex projects that safeguard Australia's future.
We are a multi-disciplinary advisory and delivery partner of choice for Defence and National Security clients.
Main Responsibilities- Assist with financial management, planning, and asset utilisation activities
- Support analysis and implementation of product management strategies to optimise Defence asset use
- Manage relationships with contractors to ensure timely communication on project requirements and risks
- Participate in acquisition program activities and working groups
- Provide feedback on deliverables and assist with transition tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project planning tools
- Experience working in fast-paced project environments with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of the One Defence Capability System (ODCS) and Defence policies
- Ability to lead, coach, and support teams through strategy and change initiatives
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong analytical and organisational abilities. They will also have experience working in a similar field and be familiar with relevant industry standards and regulations.
