Senior Project Manager Job Description:

Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of energy generation and battery projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, scope, risk, and resource management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver complex infrastructure projects within the energy generation and battery storage sectors.
  • Manage project teams through direction-setting, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with HSEQ and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive project close-out and successful transition to operations.
  • Support business development and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in construction project management, including large-scale, multi-disciplinary energy projects in the Australian market.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing project teams.
  • Deep knowledge of conventional and renewable power generation technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Australian construction standards and regulatory frameworks.
