Expert Academic Leader in Secure Software Systems

We are seeking a distinguished academic leader to join our faculty as an Associate Professor in Software Engineering and Cyber Security.
Key Responsibilities:- Teaching: Develop and deliver courses, engage in curriculum design, coordinate courses, assess students, provide academic counselling, and adhere to university teaching rules.
- Research: Maintain a strong record of high-impact research as lead contributor in top-tier international journals and disciplinary publications. Initiate and lead competitive research funding applications as chief investigator.
- Supervision and Researcher Development: Supervise students, recruit and manage employees, provide performance feedback and training, resolve conflicts, and ensure correct remuneration and benefits.
You will bring a PhD in Software Engineering and/or Cyber Security, a sustained record of excellence in teaching and research, international recognition, and a strong publication profile. We seek someone with proven success in securing and managing significant research funding, experience in leading research teams and mentoring junior academics, a commitment to inclusive education and student success, expertise in curriculum design and pedagogical innovation, and a demonstrated record of leadership in service and engagement.
