We are seeking a Service Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day delivery of our critical services.

Main Responsibilities- Monitor provider performance, provide support for service delivery, and ensure contractual requirements are met in accordance with established frameworks.

- Demonstrated success in leading change and quality improvement initiatives, resulting in measurable outcomes.
