Job Title: Resident Life Coordinator

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team and make a positive impact in the lives of First Nations peoples across Australia.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Resident Life Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Yumba Hostel in Brisbane.

About the Role:
  • Take charge of all aspects of hostel operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.
  • Build strong relationships with local stakeholders to provide support to First Nations residents during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the daily operations of the hostel in accordance with policy, procedure, and relevant legislation.
  2. Provide clear direction and guidance on work expectations and deliverables.
  3. Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with operational requirements.
  4. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support resident access to services and resources.
  5. Create a culture of excellent customer service at the hostel.
