As a reliable Junior/Graduate Baker, you will be an integral part of our thriving, award-winning artisan gluten-free bakery. We operate 7 days a week, offering various services including take away, online orders, deliveries, catering, and wholesale.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Comfortable with measuring ingredients according to recipe, lifting up to 20kg, proofing bread, scoring bread, baking bread, and monitoring oven bake times.
  • Valid work rights for Australia required to allow you to work at least 24 hours per week unrestricted.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Part-time role working 3 afternoons a week Wednesday to Friday 12pm-8pm set shifts.
  • Opportunity for more hours in the future.
  • Assist in producing our Gluten-free vegan sourdough and brioche bread varieties for retail and wholesale production.
