Job Title: Risk and Fraud Manager

The role of Risk and Fraud Manager is crucial to ensuring the success of our business. This position will oversee the development and implementation of risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing risk management strategies to minimize potential losses
  • Reviewing and assessing high-risk applications, escalations, and fraud cases
  • Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for internal stakeholders on fraud management
  • Providing guidance and support to frontline and support teams on client cases from onboarding to in-life management
