Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at EACH Victoria. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement developmentally appropriate educational programs in line with the National Quality Standard (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development days to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and healthy environment for children and staff

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in long day care with children aged 0-5 years
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
