As a Visual Merchandise & Activity Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of Visual Merchandising/Activity co-workers and inspiring them to strengthen our brand identity in presentation solutions.
- Contributing to positioning our store as the first choice for home furnishings in the local market.
- Providing solutions for individual products or combinations of products to improve people's lives at home.
- Demonstrating our product range's uniqueness through visual merchandising expertise and display techniques in various store media and activity areas.
- Working with enthusiasm to motivate frequent store visits.
- Securing the effective use of store layout as a commercial tool to plan and implement strategies throughout the store.
- Recruiting, developing, and leading your team by encouraging open, constructive feedback.
Requirements
For this role, we seek:
- A deep passion for home furnishing and understanding of people's daily lives.
- Higher education qualifications in visual merchandising or design, along with a solid background in visual merchandising.
- Clear technical strengths, with experience working with SketchUp, AutoCAD, and/or Revit.
- A motivational leader who can engage teams fully to reach set goals and generate growth and long-term profitability.
- Ability to prioritise and organise work and the work of others efficiently.
- Experience working in fast-paced retail and customer-focused environments.
- Confident in communicating, influencing, and coaching others, continually seeking new opportunities to improve our processes.

This role requires:
