Our organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide quality care to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who shares our passion for making a positive impact in the community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering evidence-based nursing care, including wound management, catheter care, and medication administration. They will also support clients to maintain their independence and wellbeing by providing home care package and short-term restorative care services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical documentation and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities. They will also have valid, unrestricted Australian driver's licence and proficiency in MS Office and client management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes
  • Supporting clients to maintain their independence and wellbeing
  • Delivering evidence-based nursing care, including wound management and catheter care
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 2 years' RN experience, ideally in aged care
  • Skilled in continence assessments and wound management
  • Strong clinical documentation and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Valid, unrestricted Australian driver's licence
  • Proficiency in MS Office and client management systems
