Nursing Care Specialist

We are seeking experienced midwives/registered nurses who can provide exceptional care to our patients.
As a midwife/nurse, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers top-notch patient care. The role involves working across shifts from Monday to Sunday, with part-time options available.
Key responsibilities include assessing and documenting the anticipated needs of pregnant women and families during and following hospitalisation.
- Perform planned nursing care, set priorities, and reestablish priorities in changing circumstances.
- Review the results of diagnostic procedures and investigations routinely.
- Evaluate and document the outcomes of nursing and medical interventions and report significant findings promptly.
To succeed, you will demonstrate a minimum of 2 years recent clinical experience in a Maternity and/or NICU specialty.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse and/or Midwife is essential. You will also need well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of acts and legislation impacting nursing practice.
