Site Finishing Team Leader Opportunity

This is an exceptional chance to take on a leadership role in the construction of high-volume townhouse developments. As a Senior Site Finishing Supervisor, you will work closely with sub-contractors and tradespeople to deliver quality products.

\

You will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards. Your ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in townhouse construction, preferably working for a house and land builder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain valuable knowledge and skills by shadowing a Construction Supervisor.\
  • Manage the construction process effectively, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.\
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, tradespeople, and colleagues.\
  • Ensure compliance with current QBCC standards for supervisors.
