About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Site Leader to join our team. This role offers autonomy, support, and the opportunity to lead complex builds from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects from initiation to completion, focusing on multi-residential or large industrial projects.
  • Build strong relationships with all on site and create a culture that motivates productivity.
  • Lead the program and bring out the best in your team and subcontractors.
  • E nsure highest safety and quality standards on site for the team and subcontractors.
  • Make informed decisions, understanding the importance of cost and project requirements.

About You

You have previous experience as a commercial Construction Site Manager and possess leadership skills that drive project success. You are extremely safety and quality aware and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
