Job Overview
In this pivotal role as Office Manager, you will oversee a team of two and provide support to a wider team of up to 30 doctors and nurses. Your primary responsibilities will include establishing and executing operational protocols, ensuring efficient processes and time management, and coordinating employee schedules.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational frameworks and protocols within the clinic
  • Provide reception relief when required
  • Foster a culture of open communication to enhance employee and client retention
  • Maintain accurate health fund invoicing
  • Design and implement learning strategies to improve team-building skills
  • Cultivate a unified team environment through effective leadership

Requirements:
