About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated OSHC Coordinator to join our team at Fernbrooke Helping Hands. As a key member of our service, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our primary school hours care service, including leading a team of Educators and developing engaging programs for children aged 5-12 years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and facilitate child-centered programs that promote learning and development
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, parents, and the school community
  • Lead a team of Educators, including roster management and compliance
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including administration and compliance
