We're seeking a talented professional to join our team and contribute to making the world a safer place. Our company is a leading player in the industry, known for its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
As an **Assessment Specialist**, you will play a critical role in championing exceptional customer service and collaboration with our customer and claims teams. You will be responsible for investigating, quantifying, and settling claims, negotiating settlements between insurers, repairers/suppliers, and customers, and minimizing claim costs through savvy management and negotiation techniques.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity with hybrid working conditions and is open to professionals based in the Eastern Suburbs / Northern Beaches in Sydney and surrounding areas.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally meet the below criteria:
- Trade experience and knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Negotiation, verbal and written communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Driver's License (company vehicle provided)
- Trade Certificate or Qualification within the Building or Construction Industry (desirable)
