Early Childhood Education Leader

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled and passionate leader to oversee the daily operations of one of our early learning services. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of early childhood education principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction for all centre operations, including workforce management, compliance assurance, and financial stewardship.
  • Cultivate influential partnerships with children, families, staff, and stakeholders to foster an inclusive and collaborative community.
  • Lead the strategic oversight of educational program delivery, ensuring alignment with best practice standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and empower high-calibre teams through visionary mentorship, targeted leadership development, and continuous professional excellence.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), Advanced Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and relevant regulations.
  • Proven leadership and management experience within a large early childhood education service.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification, and relevant clearances.
  • Current Child Protection Training.
