Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to inspire excellence in early learning and guide our teaching practices. As a Senior Educator - Educational Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our centre.

You will lead the delivery of high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS, while mentoring a passionate team to achieve excellence in early learning. Building strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and the community, fostering a nurturing environment that supports each child's development.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual who is committed to making a real impact in the lives of young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of educational programs that align with the EYLF and NQS
  • Mentor and support a team of educators to achieve excellence in early learning
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community to foster a nurturing environment
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
