Admissions Team Member

About the Role

You will be reporting to the Ticketing Manager, primarily supporting attractions to manage ticketing databases and operating systems.

Your duties include:

  1. Identifying best solutions to deliver sales & promotional campaigns
  2. Liaising with teams to deliver, test and launch new requests
  3. Maintaining database (users, packages, promotions) and ensuring system meets all audit requirements
  4. Maintaining disbursement matrix for sites which categorises products for revenue reporting
  5. Setting-up new users, password resets and providing system training where required
  6. Liaising with Regional Trade and Digital teams, finance, and operations teams for any issues and API setup
  7. Providing cover for other Super Users in other attractions as and when required
  8. Assisting in daily and weekly reporting
  9. Carrying out ad hoc analysis as requested

About You

A passion for working in the tourism industry is essential for this role.

You will also have:

  • The ability to build relationships with vendors and stakeholders
  • Great attention to detail
  • Experience in data management with analytical and report writing skills
  • Familiarity with Merlin's brands, product offering, and processes is highly desirable
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
