Job Opportunity

Lead a team of admissions staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless operations within the Season Pass Centre, Ticketing & Front Gate Pods.

  • Coordinate and motivate your team to achieve high standards of guest service and efficiency throughout the admission process.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of non-cash transactions, passes, and tickets while maintaining excellent guest service.
  • Supervise and implement regular rotations from positions, schedule breaks, and monitor staff performance to promote a positive working environment.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and reports to maintain accurate record-keeping processes.
  • Conduct training and assessments to develop and mentor team members.
  • Provide excellent guest service and promote a positive image of the organization both internally and externally.

Requirements include effective communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with point-of-sale systems and equipment. Previous leadership experience, particularly in a customer-facing role, is highly valued.
