Senior Business Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion.

About the Role:
  • Lead business development initiatives to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our operations into new markets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business growth
  • Provide expert advice and support to franchise partners and restaurant managers to improve their operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to build relationships and gain support for business growth initiatives
  2. Analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  3. Provide coaching and mentoring to franchise partners and restaurant managers to help them achieve their goals
