We are seeking an experienced Visual Designer to join our team. As a senior designer, you will be responsible for leading design execution across major workstreams and developing scalable design systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive the visual direction and execution across key projects
  • Design interactive prototypes and production-ready assets
  • Evaluate and improve existing design systems to ensure consistency and flexibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
  • Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback
Requirements
  • Relevant industry experience (ideally in a fast-paced environment)
  • A standout portfolio showcasing digital design work
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries
