Senior Digital Experience Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Experience Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of innovative digital experiences.
This role will involve leading the design process for digital products, from concept ideation to final implementation, ensuring high-quality and user-centred designs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovative and user-centric digital experiences that enhance the overall customer experience and drive business success.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital design standards, including user-centred design, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design. They will also possess strong collaboration skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering insights to inform design decisions and validate design concepts.
- Lead the design process for digital products, from concept ideation to final implementation.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual design assets that effectively communicate design concepts and facilitate feedback and iteration.
- Identify and drive opportunities to create additional customer and business benefit using customer research, data, and business requirements.
- Understand Group Strategy, the Digital Strategy, and stakeholder goals to ensure that work is prioritised and focussed on supporting these.
